When you use the enquiry form or email us, we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in, project location and the content of your message. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals you request and keep records of our correspondence. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Enquiries submitted through the website form are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which handles the data only to deliver it to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business record-keeping, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@inrconsults.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Office.
